We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI Plan. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Subscription Status: Ensure that your Content AI subscription is active. If you see a message indicating that you need an active subscription, you can select a Content AI plan here.

Refresh Credits: If your subscription is active, you may need to refresh your credits. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Connect Your Account: Make sure your website is connected to your Rank Math account. If you see a message prompting you to connect, click the Connect Now button.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing. I paid for the service, but your system isn’t working properly and the problems are not being resolved. I would like to request a refund. I don’t want to spend money on faulty systems, and I prefer to use other services instead.

Can you please allow us to help you with that?
Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
If the issue persists, please click on the “refresh” icon/button again and see if there’s any error message shown. Please share it here.
