Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

I followed the instructions that were provided in the link and have successfully cancel my subscription. Upon cancellation I received an confirmation e-mail stating it was canceled. I can not seem to locate the e-mail that was sent out 7 days prior. I’ll keep using the product for one more billing cycle until it will not auto renew.
