Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the additional string in your post URL. To prevent such URLs from being indexed, you can set them to No Index.
Here’s how you can do that:
- Go to the Rank Math SEO settings in your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to the Sitemap Settings under Rank Math SEO.
- Look for the specific post type or page that you want to modify.
- Set the Robots Meta to No Index for that post type or page.
- Make sure to save your changes.
This will ensure that search engines do not index those URLs. If you need further assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.
If you don’t want Google to crawl and index these URLs then you can add the following disallow rule on your robots.txt file:
Disallow: *?et_blog*
Here’s a guide on how to edit your robots.txt using Rank Math:

Once done, allow Google some time to re-crawl your site to reflect the changes.
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
