    2. Upgraded Subscription: If this is an upgraded subscription (from PRO to Business / PRO to Agency / Business to Agency), please open a support ticket or reply here, and we will assist you in downgrading your subscription.

    Once your subscription is downgraded, make sure to reconnect your websites by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help in your WordPress admin area and choosing Disconnect Account. After that, click the Connect Now button to activate your license again.

    I subscribed to pro recently using my a*****@a****** email address, and I am using it on my ocalahomes.online WordPress website. However, I just received an email stating that my subscription is due to renew at full price today. Since I paid for a full year and only purchased the subscription a few weeks ago, that does not make any sense. Please check into this and straighten it out for me. Thank you!

    Rank Math PRO (all license types) comes with a FREE 15-day Content AI Trial. This is mentioned on the pricing page as well:

    We also send out an email reminder three (3) days before the actual charge so that users can cancel the trial. We also mentioned this in our FAQs.

    We can check that you have canceled the trial and it has ended.

    This does not answer my question at all. Am I dealing with a human being?

    The email you received was for the renewal of the Content AI trial. A 15-day Content AI trial is included with the PRO plan, and you were notified about its renewal. If the email mentioned the renewal of the PRO plan, please share it so we can check this further.

    Thank you for your response. I have no interest in your AI and never activated the trial. In fact, when you first launched your AI product I purchased a one year subscription. However, I believe I cancelled it because I don’t see it anywhere. Anyway, I have several excellent options as to SEO content generation available to me and I do not want to use your product for several reasons. However, two of these reasons stand out as equally important. First, Rank Math downgrades my page score by 1 point because I do not use your AI and actually labels my not using your product an error. I think that is outrageous and will never subscribe to a product that you try to strong arm me into subscribing to in this way. Second, of the several excellent choices of SEO focus content AI products available to me, yours is by far the most expensive to use. Please make sure that my AI trial is cancelled and no future attempts are made to renew. Thank you.

    Yes. That helps a lot. I appreciate it,
    but all those who have not discovered they have these opt out choices still
    have the issue I complained about.
    For the sake of customer relations,
    wouldn’t it be wise to treat the AI
    issue on an opt in basis instead of
    a hidden opt out basis?
