    I log in as shop manager, but with woocommerce I am not able to put “main keyword” and “keyword description” in the product

  • Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with adding the "main keyword" and "keyword description" in your WooCommerce products as a shop manager.

    To add a focus keyword in product categories, you need to ensure that you have enabled the WooCommerce module from the Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules section. Once that is done, you can navigate to Products → Categories, click on Quick Edit for the category you want to edit, and then add the focus keyword there.

    If you are still unable to see the options for adding keywords, please check if you have set a specific page as your homepage under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Readings. If not, it may affect your ability to add focus keywords.

    That is a common issue and it means that the REST API routes used to update the metadata are blocked for that particular user role. You can see the same by looking at the browser console while trying to save the data.

    You need to make sure that the route mentioned in this tutorial is whitelisted in your firewall or security plugin for all user roles: https://rankmath.com/kb/settings-not-saved/#num-2-check-if-rank-math-rest-route-is-blocked
