I can’t use AI content

    1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: If you see a message indicating that you need an active subscription plan, it means you do not have a Content AI plan. You can select a plan here.
      To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan.

    2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: If you encounter a message prompting you to connect your Rank Math account, it means you need to log in. Click the Connect Now button to proceed.
      Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath account.

    3. Refreshing Credits: If you are using the revamped version of Content AI, make sure to refresh your credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
