If you see a message indicating that you need an active subscription when trying to access Content AI, it may mean that your plan is not currently active. You can check this in your Rank Math account under the Websites section.

Website Connection: Make sure that your website is properly connected to your Rank Math account. If you see a message prompting you to connect your account, please follow the instructions to do so.
If everything seems correct and you still cannot access the AI features, we recommend replying to this ticket. A human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be able to assist you further with your transaction details and activation issues.

As mentioned before, My website is properly connected. Howver, I you see a message indicating that I need an active subscription when trying to access Content AI.tHIS may mean that MY plan is not currently active.
