Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your site to Google Search Console. It can be frustrating when things don’t work as expected.
To troubleshoot the "no result found" issue, please ensure that you have followed these steps:
-
Check if your website is properly connected to Rank Math: Make sure that your website is listed in your Rank Math account under the Websites tab. If it’s not listed, you may need to reconnect it.

-
Reconnect your Google Account: Sometimes, the connection can fail due to expired tokens. You can refresh the connection by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnecting it. Here’s how:
- Go to Google Account permissions and remove access for Rank Math SEO.

- After that, go back to Rank Math and reconnect your Google account.
- Go to Google Account permissions and remove access for Rank Math SEO.
-
Ensure that your site is verified in Google Search Console: Make sure that your site is verified in Google Search Console. If it’s not verified, you will not be able to see any results.
-
Check for any errors in the Search Console: Sometimes, there might be issues with how your site is indexed or other errors that could prevent data from showing up.
If you have followed all these steps and are still experiencing issues, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from the Rank Math Support team can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it for you soon!

Analyzing Your Site’s SEO with Rank Math’s SEO Analysis ToolHello,
Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
Also make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
Please note that you may need to choose the property https://domain.com/ and not the
sc:domain.comupon connecting your site. The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console
After that, please try reconnecting your Google Account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and don’t forget to check all the necessary permission.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

the site is connected but the google analytics account is not connectedHello,
Kindly confirm you have signed up for Google Analytics using the same Google account you connected Rank Math Analytics to.
If the issue persists after this, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
