Search Console “no result found”

To troubleshoot the "no result found" issue, please ensure that you have followed these steps:

1. Check if your website is properly connected to Rank Math: Make sure that your website is listed in your Rank Math account under the Websites tab. If it’s not listed, you may need to reconnect it.
   

2. Reconnect your Google Account: Sometimes, the connection can fail due to expired tokens. You can refresh the connection by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnecting it. Here’s how:

   • Go to Google Account permissions and remove access for Rank Math SEO.
     
   • After that, go back to Rank Math and reconnect your Google account.

3. Ensure that your site is verified in Google Search Console: Make sure that your site is verified in Google Search Console. If it’s not verified, you will not be able to see any results.

4. Check for any errors in the Search Console: Sometimes, there might be issues with how your site is indexed or other errors that could prevent data from showing up.

If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

1. At first add the following filter to your website:

add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
