    Dear team,

    I am not able to update pro rank math plugin. When I tried to update the plugin, I got this error massages, “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

    Kindly look into it and resolve as soon as possible.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, one possible reason for this error is trying to update the PRO version of the plugin while connected to your free account.
