    seo-by-rank-math ad created a large amount of duplicate entries in my database. Specifically, in wp_postmeta.

    I want to avoid this happening in future as it causes siteground to limit my site.

    They said “In order to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future you need to check the configuration of your plugin and make sure that it does not generate so many duplicated entries in your database. In case you are not sure how to do this, you should consider contacting the vendors of the plugin or a web developer who would be able to assist you further.”

    How can I stop the plugin from making duplicate entries?
