Rank Math zero data

1. Ensure Proper Connection: Double-check that both Google Search Console and Google Analytics modules are connected correctly in Rank Math. You can verify this in the Rank Math SEO → General Settings section.
   

2. Import New Data Manually: If everything seems connected properly, you can try importing new data manually. Go to the Analytics section under Rank Math SEO → General Settings. Scroll down to the Analytics Database section, click on Delete Data, and then click on Update Data manually. This should fetch your data within a few minutes.
   

3. Check for Errors: After updating the data, check for any errors in the Analytics page from Rank Math SEO → Analytics. You can inspect the page for any potential plugin conflicts that might be causing the issue.
   

4. Update to the Latest Version: Make sure you are using the latest version of Rank Math. You can check this under Plugins → Installed Plugins in your WordPress dashboard. If an update is available, please update it.

If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

1. At first add the following filter to your website:

add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
