Please let me know why can’t I move forward with Rank Math?
The light is red in front of Analytics and there is no content.
-
Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the red light in front of Analytics in Rank Math. A red signal indicates a glitch in the connection with your Google Analytics account. This could be due to various reasons, such as an issue with the connection itself.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
- Click on the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings. This will validate your existing connections.

- If you see a red signal again, try reconnecting with your Google account by following the prompt that appears.

If the issue persists even after reconnecting, we recommend replying to this ticket and sharing any error logs you may have. A human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!
