Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO metrics and suggestions not showing on trips on your travel website. Thank you for raising this concern.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed and that the settings for the specific post type (in this case, trips) are correctly configured. You can check this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings and ensuring that the relevant modules are enabled for your trips.
If everything seems to be in order and the problem persists, it might be helpful to clear your website cache and refresh the page. Sometimes caching can prevent new changes from appearing.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or screenshots, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
We hope this helps!
can anyone who can help me out for this problem?
Hello,
For initial troubleshooting, please check if the post type “Trips” is appearing in Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
If so, you may need to enable the Add SEO Controls option for that post type so Rank Math can analyze the content.
Here’s a guide you can follow:
https://rankmath.com/kb/why-rank-math-meta-box-is-not-showing/#how-to-enable-rank-math-meta-box
Let us know how this goes.

Hello,
The issue here is that Rank Math wasn’t able to recognize the content from the custom fields provided by WP Travel Engine. By default, our plugin can’t recognize custom shortcodes, fields, and other non-compatible page/content builders.
If WP Travel Engine created their custom fields using WordPress standards or with the help of ACF, head over to Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Trips and scroll down to “Custom fields” option where you can insert the field name from their custom fields, it should help Rank Math read their content:

If it doesn’t work, WP Travel Engine have to implement our Content Analysis API by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
Please note that this should not affect your overall SEO performance as this issue is only happening on the backend.
Hope that helps.
