  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the regex redirect. It seems like you have set up the regex correctly, but there might be a few things to check to ensure it works as intended:

    1. Regex Option: Make sure that you have selected the Regex option in the matching dropdown when adding your redirect.

    2. Redirect Activation: Ensure that the redirect is activated after you save it. Sometimes, redirects can be saved but not activated.

    3. Cache Issues: If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching enabled, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue.

    4. Check for Conflicts: Ensure that there are no other redirects that might conflict with this one. You can check your existing redirects in the Rank Math dashboard.

    5. Test with a Simple Redirect: As a troubleshooting step, try setting up a simple redirect without regex to see if that works. For example, redirect /course/myth-mind-and-magic/ directly to /courses/myth-mind-and-magic/ and see if that functions correctly.

If you’ve checked all these points and it still doesn’t work, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
