1. Check if your website is connected to Rank Math: You may need to log into your Rank Math account. Look for a message that says, "Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath.com Account." If you see this, click the Connect Now button to link your account.
   

2. Refresh your credits: Sometimes, refreshing the credits can help. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
   

After performing these steps, please check again to see if your Content AI credits are now linked properly. If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
