    Hi,

Instant Indexing gives no response with louis stewart #873413.

I got the no response issue as submitting updating URL about 7-8 hours ago.

I remebered I did Instant Indexing pluging update yesterday.

Before the pluging update, Instant Indexing was working as usual.

Some of pages, which were published about a weelk ago, I used Instant Indexing to submit new URL, thet were successfully indexed. But now I can’t update URL using Instant Indexing pluging.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tom

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Instant Indexing feature. It seems that after updating the plugin, you are experiencing a lack of response when trying to submit URLs for indexing.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Plugin Settings: Ensure that the Instant Indexing module is still enabled in your Rank Math settings after the update. Sometimes updates can reset certain configurations.
    2. API Key Validation: If you are using the IndexNow feature, make sure that the API key is correctly set up and accessible. You can refer to our guide on How to Use IndexNow With Rank Math for more details.
    3. Clear Cache: If you have any caching plugins installed, try clearing the cache as it might be causing issues with the submission process.
    4. Check for Conflicts: Disable other plugins temporarily to see if there is a conflict affecting the Instant Indexing functionality.
    5. Review Error Logs: Check your server error logs for any messages related to the Instant Indexing submissions.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
