Contacted my Server and they mentioned they have updated and made some changes on the server end and I should not face problems henceforth.
I resubmitted my sitemap in Bing and it was a success
The google one still shows couldn’t fetch but now it has this new error or something

I checked your site and sitemap but I couldn’t find any issue. Searching with your domain key words, your site appears second, here is a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/bDis9i
Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
You can then remove any previously submitted sitemap and resubmit a new sitemap, only the main one(sitemap_index.xml) in your GSC

The sitemap issue is resolved. It was the problem from the host side. They migrated me to a new server and now everything is working all fine. Thank you for your support
