never get my free ai credits

    Hi, I can see 100 credits a month for free on my wordpress plugin but it never replenish. is it normal?

If you are seeing 100 credits but they are not replenishing, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your subscription.

    You can check your remaining credits by going to your Rank Math account and navigating to the Websites section. Here’s a helpful link for reference: Rank Math Account.

    If everything seems correct but the credits are still not updating, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area under Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the credits count in your Content AI section to see if it updates correctly.
