To resolve this, please log into your Rank Math account and check if you can see the PRO plan there. If it’s not available, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO account.

You can open a ticket by navigating to the Rank Math Support Forum. Here’s how:

1. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of your issue.
2. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
3. In the Sensitive Data section, include the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account.
4. Make sure to include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received.
5. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
