    Hello,
    I made a mess. I have two rankmath accounts, and the wrong one is connected to our website. Please refer to Sensitive Data now.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing. To resolve this, you will need to disconnect the incorrect Rank Math account from your website and then connect the correct one. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Disconnect the Incorrect Account:

      • Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Disconnect Account.

    2. Connect the Correct Account:

      • After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the correct account.
        Click Connect Now

    I realize that I am most concerned about losing settings and redirects as established in the plugin. I therefore think it would be preferable if I could delete the account beginning with website and then rename, the connected account to be website. Would that be possible?

    Thank you for contacting support.

    We would like to emphasize that no settings will be lost during the deletion of an account. The settings are saved in the database of your WordPress installation and even if we deleted the account where the website is currently connected, all the settings would remain intact.

    We have merged the accounts under the preferred email address and now you only need to head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and reconnect the website while logged in to this account.
