    I have two sites where I’ve used the Rank Math SEO plugin.

    On my first website, the plugin works perfectly and generates the sitemap automatically, which is great. However, on my second and main blogging site, I’m encountering a problem. When I click on the general sitemap link, it displays as code instead of rendering properly like the first site.

    I’ve attached photos of the issue for your reference. Could you please help me identify the exact problem?

    Actually on 1st site where Plugin is successfully working at that place it shows in blue color proper site, while on 2nd site it just shows as xml file.

    1. Blank or White Page: If the sitemap shows a blank page or white page, check the source code of the page. If there is data in the source code but not on the front end, you can try accessing the sitemap via this URL format: `https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/. If it still does not load, there may be a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    2. Plugin Conflict: Use the Health Check plugin to determine if there is a conflict with another plugin or theme that might be causing this issue.

    3. Caching Issues: If you have caching plugins installed, try flushing the sitemaps cache and ensure that the sitemap is excluded from caching. You can find more information on how to do this here.

    4. Static File Conflict: Ensure that there is no static file named sitemap_index.xml on your server. If such a file exists, it can cause unexpected behavior. You may need to FTP into your server and remove it.

    5. Server Configuration: Sometimes, server settings can affect how files are served. Make sure your server is configured correctly to handle XML files.
