Request for Invoice Correction or Refund Due to Incorrect Company Information

    It seems that we made a mistake when purchasing Rank Math as we used the wrong company information. We intended to make the purchase under the name of our Estonian company, but the invoice shows the name of a company from Georgia and does not include the VAT number of our Estonian company. Is it possible to issue a new invoice with the correct information? If not, could we arrange for a refund so that we can make a new purchase? We have noticed that there is a country flag in the upper right corner on the payment page.

    You won’t need to do a refund as you can update your invoice.

    If you need to change/update any billing information on your invoice, please get in touch with our payment provider, FastSpring, and they will assist you with that.

    It appears that we made an error when purchasing Rank Math, as the invoice was issued under the wrong company details. We intended to make the purchase under the name of our Estonian company, but the invoice reflects the name of a company from Georgia and does not include the VAT number for our Estonian business.
