    Hello,

    I ordered the pro package and it’s not showing up in my account, and I haven’t received an email. Can you please help me? The email address I used for the purchase was b******@k*********************

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    We’ve checked your account, and the Rank Math PRO is already applied.

    You can download the plugin on your account dashboard: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once done, install and activate it on your other website’s WordPress dashboard. You won’t need to uninstall the free version as they both need to be activated.
