    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I hope this message finds you well. I have an account with you under websurfinc.com, where I’ve added a few websites, including nycdoorsandmore.com.

    I’ve noticed an issue where a box appears on the left side of my dashboard, prompting me to sign up for AI features. I am not interested in using this feature, but the text below the box is blurry, making it hard to read. While trying to move the box, I clicked on it and was unexpectedly charged $65.19.

    This has been frustrating, and I kindly request a refund for this charge. Additionally, I would appreciate your help in resolving the issue on nycdoorsandmore.com to prevent this from happening again.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to make the purchase or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Yes, we can see a Content AI subscription under the email address you provided. However, it is way past the refund period.

    What we can do is help you with the issue.

    Now, we have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

    Please make sure you are logged in using the correct Rank Math Account where you made a purchase.

    Let us know if the issue has been fixed for your website.

    If you still can’t access Content AI, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
