Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Elementor getting stuck on loading. Thank you for providing the video for clarity.
To further investigate this conflict, we recommend that you perform a detailed conflict check using the Health Check plugin. This will help us confirm if the issue is indeed caused by Rank Math or if there might be another underlying problem. Here are the steps to follow:
-
Install the Health Check Plugin:
- Log into your WordPress Administrator account and navigate to the dashboard.
- Go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for ‘Health Check’ and click Install Now on the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Activate the plugin.

-
Enable Troubleshooting Mode:
- Navigate to Tools > Site Health and then go to the Troubleshooting tab.
- Press Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins and themes for you only, allowing you to test without affecting your visitors.

-
Test Elementor:
- With only Rank Math enabled, try to reproduce the issue with Elementor.
- If the issue persists, it may indicate a deeper conflict that we need to address.
-
Check Theme Conflicts:
- If the issue does not occur with only Rank Math active, enable your theme and check again.
If you find that the issue still exists even with only Rank Math active, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve this conflict from our end.
Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue together!
