Hi,
I have a paid subscription to Content AI. I cannot figure out how to Activate Content AI on my website. My website shows connected in the WordPress admin.
However, it is not shown in the Rankmath panel.

Step 3 activation is the issue right now.
The content AI module is active.

Your websites are currently not connected to any Rank Math account.
Also, both of your websites have a Rank Math PRO installed and your Rank Math account doesn’t have any Rank Math PRO subscription. You either need to connect your website to a Rank Math account with a Rank Math PRO subscription or deactivate the PRO plugin from your website for the Content AI feature to work.
If you have a Rank Math PRO subscription from a different account, we can also merge it with this current account of yours so you can use both features.

The image below shows that the account is connected from the website admin. Still, it does not show in Rank Math admin.
You also wrote,

You did not provide instructions on how to do this. The existing AI-generated answers do not provide the necessary steps.

Hello,
Yes, the plugin is connected to your Rank Math account but your Rank Math account doesn’t have a Rank Math PRO subscription, it only has a Content AI starter subscription.
Your website has a Rank Math PRO installed and it doesn’t match your Rank Math account which is why the Content AI feature is not working regardless of your site already connected to your account.
To resolve this, you’ll have to uninstall the Rank Math PRO plugin as shown in the screenshot below and after that, you’ll have to follow this guide.
