Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank Math plugin stores robots data like index, noindex, nofollow, etc in the rank_math_robots field in the postmeta table. If you have 10000 posts and if you have updated the robot’s data on those posts then I don’t think you should remove it.
By default, Rank Math will use the value from the Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Titles & Meta Settings >> Post/Page/CPT >> Robots field. So if you want to use default value from settings in all the fields, then you can drop those rank_math_robots meta rows.
