Please click on the sitemaps with errors to get more details on the errors and share the screenshots with us. If you have a caching plugin on your site, you should also ensure to exclude all your sitemap URLs from being cached.
As for the mobile usability issues such as text size, these are usually determined by your theme. You can also install an AMP plugin for this.
