The problems are only detectable in the backend, the from works correctly.
The server has updated the PHP version and since then we receive an email from WordPress itself indicating that there is an error with your plugin. Would you be so kind to tell me how we can solve it?

That message indicates that the website contains an array of serialized data in the meta field rank_math_focus_keyword but that should only have a string of focus keywords separated by a comma.
You will need to delete those incorrect entries from the database for the error to go away on the website.

To remove the incorrect entries from the database, you can use a plugin like WP phpMyAdmin to access your database. Look for the table wp_postmeta and search for the meta key rank_math_focus_keyword. Delete any entries that contain an array instead of a string.
Does the client have a Rank Math PRO subscription? If they do, let them search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate the account.
If that is also inaccessible let them share the last four digits of the card used for the payment.

We do not know which of these entries are a string or an array. Please, can you tell us how to discriminate it. How do we detect which one has an error and which one doesn’t?
If we delete an entry we lose that entry or only the keyword corresponding to the entry is deleted?

That screenshot only shows 24 entries of the total 98, so the serialized array could be in any of the others.
Please share the entire list with us and we’ll let you know which one is causing the issue.

The issue comes from the entries with the following meta_id:
133109
128408
Those two include the data in a serialized format instead of words separated by commas like all the others so you would need to delete those two.
