    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Content AI plugin. While we cannot log in as an admin to resolve the issue directly, we can guide you through some troubleshooting steps.

    1. Refresh Credits: Please go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    2. Check Subscription: Ensure that your Content AI subscription is active. If you see messages indicating that you need an active subscription, you may need to select a plan here.

    3. Account Connection: Make sure your website is connected to your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to Rank Math → Dashboard → Help, disconnecting, and then reconnecting your account. Here are the steps:

      • Disconnect: Disconnect
      • Reconnect: Reconnect
    4. Check Credits: After reconnecting, refresh the credits count again to ensure it displays correctly.

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can see you’re using the PRO version of the Rank Math plugin on your website but you don’t have any plugin subscription on your account (only Content AI subscription). If you’re using a cracked or nulled version of the PRO plugin then the Content AI will not work.

    For now, we’ve deactivated the PRO version of the plugin and after refreshing the credits, it is working properly:

    In case, you have the Rank Math PRO plugin subscription with some other email address, please share that with us so that we can merge the accounts together. Also, please share the preferred email address on which you’d like to use your account.
