We can replicate this issue with the last update of Rank Math (v1.0.227). However, this has already been reported to our development team, and we are working on a fix.
To fix this issue, you may rollback the plugin to the previous version by following the steps in this guide:

We have released a quick update that fixed the issue. Please update the Free plugin to the latest version on your site
If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear your website caches after updating.
