  • Hi there, it’s now been almost 7 days since I initially reported the issue. Could someone pls assist? There is no box for me to enter the sensitive data for you to look into it further. Should I open a new ticket?

    Hello,

The Sensitive Data section is visible only for the creator of the thread (which might be another account of you). You can log in that account and post the Sensitive Data or you can create a new thread (linking to this one) and add there your Sensitive Data.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello Sarah,

You seem to be using a different account. I moved your current account here where you can now easily edit the first post and include your access in the sensitive section.

Please update and let us know.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It seems you didn’t add to the Sensitive Data the website link so we are not able to log in. Could you check it?

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Thanks Alberto, I’ve now added it.

    Looking forward to hearing back.

    Hello,

I checked your site and the issue seems to be arising from your theme(Showit) which seems to be removing Rank math added data on your page. Please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

THanks Michael. I have spoken to my theme provider however based on previous experience I am not hopeful that they will fix it. Before they come back to me, is there anything that could be done on your end? Many thanks

As expected, my host (ShowIt) were unhelpful. The response they gave was this:

I just checked in with our blog team and they were able to check this out. WordPress Plugins don’t function on Showit Static Pages.

Is there anything that can be done?

    Hello,

I just checked in with our blog team and they were able to check this out. WordPress Plugins don’t function on Showit Static Pages.

I am not sure what they meant by this. Please ask them why the plugins can’t function on Showit static pages.

Sadly, there is nothing we could do as the issue is not in the plugin and it’s hard to understand why the plugin is not working on static pages created by theme with the 1 line answer the Theme developer has given. I would suggest you get in touch with the Theme developer again and ask them the reason why plugins can’t function on static pages and what can be done to fix this.

You can also try installing other SEO plugins and see if they print data on the frontend. If they do, then that means the Theme developer might have added the compatibility code in their theme, and if it doesn’t then that’s something the Theme developer will have to address.

    I hope that helps.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
