Unable to access content ai credits

We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing your Content AI credits. It sounds like there may be a problem with the connection between your Rank Math account and your main website.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that has the Content AI credits.
2. Go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect your Rank Math account.
   
3. After disconnecting, reconnect your Rank Math account.
   
4. Once reconnected, head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count again.
   

If you continue to experience a JSON error after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.

You should see in your Rank Math dashboard that the plugin is disconnected from your rankmath.com account.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
