You can easily import import Yoast settings and data from Rank math. Just deactivate Yoast(don’t delete Yet), then install and activate Rank math. You should have an option to import Yoast data while going through Rank math Setup wizard and if not, you ca simply import the data by going to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export
