    Hi,

    Just purcahsed PRO plan with same email address m******@g********.

    I notice that Rankmath still shows FREE on website.

    Also, should I need to reconnect on website to activate PRO plan or not?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math PRO plan still showing as FREE. If you have purchased the PRO plan with the same email address, please ensure that you are logged into your Rank Math account with that email.

    If the issue persists, it may be necessary to connect your Rank Math account again to activate the PRO features. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and clicking on Connect Now. Make sure to select the correct account if you have multiple subscriptions.

    If you continue to experience difficulties, we recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Please make sure that you have installed the PRO version on your website alongside the Free version of the plugin.

    You can follow this guideline to install the PRO version of the plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/

    ​​​​​​​Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that fixes the issue.
