Redirection Module Broken

    Hi Guys,

I have a strange issue. I’ve enabled the redirections module but something isn’t working correctly with it. Every time I try to click into the redirection ‘Source URLs’ field I get an error in the console-

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘isCleanNewPost’)
    react-dom.min.js?ver=18.3.1

This is stopping me write anything in the source urls field, I can’t paste anything in there either. The same thing happens with the ‘Destination URL’.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Redirection Module. It seems like there might be a conflict or a bug causing this error when trying to access the ‘Source URLs’ and ‘Destination URL’ fields.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    2. Disable any conflicting plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Update Rank Math to the latest version if you haven’t already, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hi Ike,

Thanks for your quick reply. I went through the troubleshooting process and disabled every plugin, enabling them one by one and checking the redirects. Strangely, the redirects are working now even with every plugin enabled. It could have been a cache or propagation issue as we’ve only just launched.

Either way, at least it’s working now.

    Thanks
