    Your system is automatically charging us for a service that we have not requested (Content AI Starter). Apparently, this service expired its free version today. We don’t need this service. Please make a full refund of the last invoice that was collected today August 28, 2024. Please take a note on this > Do not ever activate my account to no requested automatic payments. I’m sending a report to our legal department office. Thanks.

    We cannot find any subscriptions associated with this account but we do see another subscription for Content AI on that same date with the same name on it that is currently refunded.

    If you still haven’t received any information on your refund please ping us here with more details on the account used to make this purchase so we can try to locate it on our system.
