It seems that the links for the "Titles & Meta" and "Sitemap" pages in Rank Math are still pointing to the original site (Site A) instead of the cloned site (Site B). This can happen if the URLs were not updated correctly during the cloning process.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Check Site URL Settings: Go to your WordPress dashboard for Site B and navigate to Settings → General. Ensure that both the "WordPress Address (URL)" and "Site Address (URL)" are set to the correct URL for Site B.
- Update Permalinks: After confirming the site URLs, go to Settings → Permalinks and simply click "Save Changes" to refresh your permalink settings.
- Reconfigure Rank Math: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to reconfigure Rank Math settings for Site B. Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and ensure all modules are set up correctly for Site B.

Yes I have followed the steps you mentioned and checked all the setting is right. However, the issue still exists and i would like to post a screenshot for your reference, but i find the imgur.com/ unavailable.I try to describe it by text.
1. When i click the “Titles & Meta page” and “the Sitemap” in the RankMath Menu, it is fine to show the relevant settings on the right side.
2. When i click the “Titles & Meta page” and “the Sitemap” in the tips box (the text is as bellow) shown in all pages in WordPress Dashboard, it will redirect to Site B WP admin panel login page.
Tip Box Content: Rank Math has detected new post types: elementskit_content, elementskit_template, elementskit_widget. You may want to check the settings of the Titles & Meta page and the Sitemap.

Can you please confirm if you have a multisite setup? If so, please note that the correct way to use our plugin on a multisite setup is to install this on the network but only activate it on specific subsites.
So, if you have activated the free version of the Rank Math plugin on the network, please deactivate this on the network and then activate it on the subsite.
However, you can easily navigate to the Titles & Meta and Sitemap Settings from the left side dashboard instead of the notice. You can also dismiss the notice by clicking the X button.
