  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with indexing errors in Google. To address these errors, we recommend identifying the specific types of indexing issues you are encountering by logging into your Google Search Console account and navigating to the Pages section. Make sure the “Not Indexed” tab is enabled to see a detailed list of your page indexing issues.

Here are some common indexing issues and how to fix them:

    1. Not Found (404): Ensure the URL is correct and the page exists.
    2. Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag: Check if the page has a noindex tag and remove it if you want it indexed.
    3. Server error (5xx): Investigate server issues that may be causing errors.
    4. Page with redirect: Ensure that redirects are set up correctly.
    5. Soft 404: Make sure the page returns a proper 200 status code.
    6. Blocked due to access forbidden (403): Check permissions for the page.
    7. Duplicate without user-selected canonical: Set a canonical URL for duplicate pages.
    8. Crawled – currently not indexed: This may resolve itself over time, but ensure there are no issues with the content.
    9. Blocked by robots.txt: Review your robots.txt file to ensure it’s not blocking important pages.
    10. Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt: This can happen if Google indexed the page before it was blocked.

Alternate page with correct canonical tag
These pages are not indexed or displayed in Google

    Hello,

From the links you shared, it seems that they are the add-to-cart URLs.

Please note that myaccount, checkout, and cart pages should not be indexed as they are unique for each user.

They are showing correctly under the Alternate page with correct canonical tag as their canonical points to the main product.

To fix those, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to inspect those URLs and check the referring page where they are coming from.

Once you know their referring page, you can remove or update them so Google won’t discover those kinds of URLs.

    Looking forward to helping you.
