No Credits

It seems like there might be a mismatch between the credits shown on your Rank Math account and what is displayed on your website. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this:

1. Log in to the Correct Account: Ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

2. Check Your Credits: Go to your Rank Math account and navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: My Account – Websites. Verify if the correct remaining credits are displayed there.
   

3. Refresh Your Credits: If the credit count is correct in your account but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area, then go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
   
   

4. Refresh Content AI: After reconnecting, go back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server.
   

If after following these steps you still see zero credits, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
