Please make sure that you enable the option to display the categories in the breadcrumbs under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs:
After this, ensure that you have selected the sub-category as the primary on the posts that you want them to show up: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-choose-a-primary-category/
Please note that if you don’t set the sub-categories as primary only the main category will show.
