Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with setting up your redirection rules. Thank you for providing detailed information about your attempts.
To redirect URLs from the format https://newdomain.com/your-post-name/ to https://newdomain.com/your-post-name/ you can use the following regex in the Source URLs field:
/(d{4})/(d{2})/(d{2})/(.*)
And in the Destination URL field, you should use:
/$4/
Make sure to select the Regex option in the Match Type dropdown menu. This setup captures the post name correctly and redirects it without the date.
Here’s a visual representation of how to set it up:

If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
We hope this helps you resolve your redirection issue!

Hello,
Please use this regex redirect instead:
Source: \d{4}/\d{2}/\d{2}/(.*)
Type: Regex
Destination: https://www.hulgaardadvokater.dk/$1
Once done, clear your website and server’s cache
Let us know how this goes.
Did not work, but I am trying to get the dev to make sure all cache is cleared again. Other test-redirects worked though, so I fear the setup might be flawed?
Any other suggestions?
Hello,
Please try to use the following regex redirection on your website and see if that works for you:
Source: ^([0-9]+)/([0-9]+)/([0-9]+)/(.*)$
Match: regex
Destination: https://www.hulgaardadvokater.dk/$4
If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
