1. Test Connections: You can test Rank Math’s connection with your Google account by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics. Click the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.
   

2. Reconnect Your Google Account: If you see a red signal, try reconnecting with your Google account. You can do this by clicking on the reconnect option in the same settings area.
   

3. Check Website Status: Ensure that your website is returning a 200 status code. You can check this by using the HTTP Status Checker. If your website returns an error, you may need to fix it accordingly.
   

4. Firewall Settings: Sometimes, API requests may be blocked by your server’s firewall. Ensure that the IP 193.138.6.5 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com are whitelisted in your firewall settings.

Please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

Regarding the Analytics drop-down, could you please confirm if you have already created a GA4 property for your website?

If not yet, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property, then reconnect your Google Account so the new Analytics account will reflect in that section.
