To activate your Rank Math PRO license, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the free version of Rank Math is installed and activated on your website.
- Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
- Click on Connect Now to activate your Rank Math plugin.
- You will be prompted to connect your Rank Math account to activate your license. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the correct one from the drop-down menu and click Ok, ACTIVATE NOW.
Once activated, you will see the PRO features unlocked in your existing Rank Math Dashboard, and you can start using them right away.

It seems that you only downloaded the Free version of Rank Math. Please ensure that you have installed both the Free and the PRO plugins on your website as you need them together. You can download the Rank Math PRO plugin files from your account page: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
After that, reconnect the plugin to your Rank Math account. You can do so in your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help.

Yes, the PRO plugin will not work when you delete the Free plugin. Deleting the free version is not a good idea once you’ve installed Rank Math PRO. The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. So you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
