I am connected to my website, and I have 7500 credits in AI. I purchased this in November and have been unable to use the AI version.
I watched the video and still can’t access AI when writing a post. I click on the red AI button, and I get the SUPERCHARGE YOUR CONTENT WITH AI- LEARN MORE. This is very frustrating and have been trying for months to access it. I see my credits when I go into the settings so I don’t understand why I can’t use it when writing a post.
I would like to use it before my subscription runs out. How do I access AI when writing a post?

To resolve this, please try refreshing your credits. You can do this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard and following these steps:
- Go to Rank Math.
- Click on General Settings.
- Select Content AI.
- Refresh the credits.
