Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be due to a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thanks, I was able to clear most conflict and the plugin is working. I was able to see the Math Rank tab when I am editing a post or a page, but when I click on WordPress Admin>pages or admin>posts to see the list of pages I have or list of posts I have, the rank rating and info is not pulled or displayed next to each page or post. Can you help?

The score is only visible on your page/posts lists if you have set them to noindex and have added a focus keyword. Please ensure you do this for the score to show.
