Content ai, feature is not available on my end

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Content AI feature. If you are seeing a message indicating that the feature is not available, it could be due to a couple of reasons:

    1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: Ensure that you have an active Content AI plan. You may see messages like "To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan." If this is the case, please check your subscription status and consider selecting a plan if needed. You can do so by visiting this page.
      To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan.

    2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: Make sure your website is connected to your Rank Math account. You might see a message prompting you to connect your account. To do this, click the Connect Now button in the Content AI section of your WordPress dashboard.
      Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath account.

    If you have confirmed that your subscription is active and your website is connected, but the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
