    Rank Math free

I have rank math on many websites. Nearly all of them to my knowledge are under s****************@g********. I mostly use this to connect my Google Analytics and Search Console and of course do techncial seo like yoast. I recently ran out of spots on my Analytics reaching 100. I have 2 questions. How many accounts can use Rank Math. I am hosting over 140 websites. Can all of them use Rank Math for free but miss out on features. Cannot miss out on analyics or console working. I sometimes get the Uh-oh something went wrong email message. If I have maxed out the 100 accounts at Analytics should I then have 2 accounts at Rank Math?

I don’t need a lot of extra features other than the free plan. Certainly I would welcome any rather than reject. My main concern is having the analytics and console work flawlessly. Any problems such as the Uh-oh or I would like to make sure is not causing any issues.

What is best for me. Happy with what I have but want to make sure Google products installed correctly and also what to do with Rank Math if possibly 2 google accounts needed since I exceeded the 100.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issues you are facing with your Rank Math account and Google Analytics. Thank you for raising your concerns.

    To address your questions:

    1. How many accounts can use Rank Math?
You can connect multiple websites to a single Rank Math account. However, the free plan has limitations on features compared to the PRO or Business plans. If you are hosting over 140 websites, you can use Rank Math on all of them, but you may miss out on some advanced features available in the paid plans.

    2. Google Analytics Limitations:
Google Analytics allows a maximum of 100 properties per account. If you have reached this limit, you will need to create a new Google Analytics account to add more properties. This means you can have two Rank Math accounts if you decide to create a second Google Analytics account.

    3. Analytics and Search Console Functionality:
As long as you connect your Google Analytics and Search Console correctly, they should work seamlessly with Rank Math. If you are receiving the "Uh-oh something went wrong" email message, it may indicate a temporary issue or a problem with the connection. We recommend checking your Google account permissions and ensuring that Rank Math has the necessary access.

    4. Best Plan for You:
Since you mentioned that you do not need many extra features beyond the free plan, you can continue using the free version for your websites. However, if you find that you need more functionality or if managing multiple accounts becomes cumbersome, consider upgrading to a paid plan that suits your needs.

If you continue to experience issues or have further questions about setting up your accounts, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We hope this helps clarify your situation!

It seems that there are no stats to show right now.

If you can see the site data in your Search Console and Analytics accounts, but not here, then try reconnecting your account and make sure that the correct properties are selected in the Analytics Settings.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You can use unlimited websites with your Rank Math free account but regarding your Google Analytics account, we have seen some issues where the connection automatically disconnected when you’ve multiple websites under the same Google account.

That’s why we suggest using multiple Google accounts for Analytics if you have a large number of websites.

Regarding the error in the email report, can you please confirm if the data is showing on your Rank Math Analytics dashboard? If you don’t see any data there, please try to follow the steps from this guide and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

Once done, please observe if the issue persists in the next schedule.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you
