    I have purchased the AI content pack but it’s not showing as active in the plug in. Shows as active on your website but not in the plugin. I have cleared Cache before you ask.

    To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by going to your Rank Math account and navigating to the Websites section. Here’s the link for reference: My Account – Websites.

    If the credit count is correct but not reflected in your plugin, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
      Disconnect
      Reconnect
    4. After reconnecting, refresh the credits count again in Content AI to ensure it displays the correct amount.
      Refresh Credits

    Once you have completed these steps, check if the AI content feature is now active in the plugin. If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
