Pro activation issue

1. Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of your issue.
3. In the Ticket Question section, provide more details about your request, including both email addresses (your director’s and yours).
4. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. Make sure to include the email address used for purchasing the PRO plan.
5. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

Once you submit the ticket, our support team will assist you in merging the accounts or changing the email as requested.

Please note that you can only use one email per Rank Math account and your website can only be connected to one Rank Math account.

In this case, what we can do is to merge both accounts for you so you can be using only one email.

Please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

Discard this email: { email to be discarded here }

Once we receive your confirmation, we will merge the accounts.
